In response to customer requests, we have changed our use policy on all of our royalty-free sound effects packages (Concept:FX vol. 1, Concept:FX2, Concept:FX3, and Concept:hits#1 - hereafter "sound effects") as follows:
1) Purchasers MAY use sound effects on networked computers.
All previous parts of our policy are still in effect. Bottom line: our sound effects are royalty free and MAY be used in projects that are broadcast, synchronized to visuals, computer games, web sites, music, and public performances.
